Cancellation Policy
I value my clients and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for my time and other clients, I ask for a 24 hour notice before canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made after a 24 hour notice will be charged 25% of the service fee. I completely understand things happen so just message me and we can work something out! Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service booked. Thank you for understanding!
